Faith Evangelical Free Church is committed to seeing brothers and sisters in Christ become successful followers of Christ.
A key component to achieving this success is helping believers manage conflict skillfully. Our goal is to have the peace of God rule in the hearts of people who were once at odds with one another.
We as a church family want to see unity and peace permeate marriages, families, congregations, and community. We know that achieving this harmony takes a lot of sacrifice, skill, and hard work.
We further know that at times it takes resources beyond ourselves in order to achieve biblical reconciliation.
In order to encourage the unity of the spirit among our church family we are willing to provide help and hope for those who find themselves stuck in a conflict.
Here's how we can help:
First, the church has trained men and women on our Discipleship Team who are willing to serve as counselors and coaches in the process of conflict resolution. These folks will work with people in conflict giving biblical guidance about the conflicts they face.
Second, should it prove necessary, the Discipleship Team would also be willing to serve as mediators between parties needing the help.
Finally, should the situation warrant, the Discipleship Team may ask the Elder's of the Church to serve as arbiters of a dispute that was unable to be resolved through mediation.
All of our peacemaking is done to preserve the privacy of the parties involved.
In all of our efforts, Faith Evangelical Free Church will seek to serve the conflicted parties by speaking the truth in love and giving scripturally supported advice, counsel, and decisions.
We are here to help you come to a satisfying resolution to your conflict. If you would like assistance please call the Church Office.
