Polk Community Free Clinic at Trinity
The Polk Community Free Clinic at Trinity is a satellite of the Salem Free Medical Clinic (SFMC) and will be located in Dallas. The clinic exists to provide quality health care at no cost to the poor, the uninsured, and underinsured adults in our community. Opening this summer, they are in need of volunteers in the following areas:
